Using STS was a great experience. Everyone was very professional. We called and they scheduled a pick up. That easy. Thanks to Ashley for following up. We also received a Certificate of Destruction and a Guarantee that any and all information is not getting into unauthorized hands. GREAT JOB STS. We will be using them in the future.

I found STS online looking for a recycling company in the Alexandria LA area. I called. The gentleman I talked to was very nice. He told me he could help me with my recycling needs and I would get a call in a day or so when a truck would be close. I got a call the next day. They took everything. The driver was very nice. I also would like to thank Ashley. I would recommend STS. The speed and service is great.

Using STS was a great experience! I have been trying to find someone to recycle a large stack of old electronic equipment that had been sitting for two years. I finally came across STS and everyone involved was awesome. I spoke with Aaron who got the ball rolling. Ashley followed up with arrangements for pick-up and again to make sure that everything happened without a hitch. When the driver and helper showed up, it took a total of ten minutes to load up the two pallets of equipment and to be on their way. Everyone involved were professional and very pleasant to interact with. I am definitely use STS the next time I have a need to recycle.

Always prompt and courteous service. If there is ever an issue with scheduling on our end they are always quick to find a resolution that works for everyone. The pick up teams are great people, and do their job swiftly and properly. Highly recommended.

I genuinely do not know what I'd do without STS. They have reliably recycled our e-waste for more than a decade. Having a service like STS is invaluable for an IT department. If you have e-waste lying around call STS and it will be a problem no more.

Outstanding service! Simple and smooth process for clearing out old electronics. Submitted my request with inventory to be taken and they had my pickup scheduled within a week. The crew making the pickup were super nice and professional. They were in and out in 10-15 minutes.

My company had a ton of laptops and lithium batteries that we have gathered over the past few years. I needed a place that would come to my office and clean out what we called the "laptop graveyard". They came in to us in our busy downtown area and picked everything up. The process was quick and easy! The scheduling process was also super simple. I told them my needs and they contacted me with a day that they could come and pick it all up. The best part was I didn't have to pay them anything. My entire experience with STS was amazing! The process was straight forward and simple. Ashley was amazing to coordinate and work with as she respected my very limited available working hours and the restrictions of my property. The truck crew who came to pick up all the recycles were so much fun to work with and had some of the best attitudes!! They were so very professional and did an amazing job of fitting everything I needed them to. Even there ability to organize my disaster into there truck is a skill I tried to learn in my short time with them!! 10 out of 10 will be using them again and again!

We have used this company several times for old computer hardware pickup. The always answer quick when I have questions or need a pickup. We usually have hundreds of pieces of equipment and they grab it all without making tons of noise. I would recommend them for any electronic waste pickups. Before pictures of what they picked up from their most recent pickup.
